We are conducting a specialized search for an experienced Infection Control Manager. In this high profile role you will Implement the hospital and clinic-wide Infection Control Program daily by ensuring that the facility is in compliance with state and federal infection prevention and control-related regulations, Joint Commission standards, National Patient Safety Goals and internal policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include: Surveying all healthcare-associated infections and monitors reports; Preparing and presenting educational meetings as needed; as well as consultation when needed. There will be approximately 2 direct reports initially.

Our ideal candidate will have the following: Current State of Florida RN licensure or eligible for reciprocity; Or ARNP License; A Bachelors degree preferred but not required; CIC certification required; Infection prevention experience in an acute care environment is required.
